Honestly, I've been putting off writing this. And who knows when I'll actually post it. I didn't read a ton in August. And I'm not sure I did any blog or YouTube posts.
Things have just been crazy. Between work and my mom's health I've been struggling to find the time and energy to read and post. I've also started focusing on my own health and exercise.
