Strive for Healthy #2 -February

A lot has happened since my last health related post. And I've made a couple changes.

First, I've decided to update one a month instead of every week. I just don't have it in me to do that and I would probably run out of things to talk about. Second, I decided to do Weight Watchers. I'm not going to meetings or anything, but I am counting points.

I have lost five pounds since the beginning of the year which I'm really happy about. I haven't lost any inches, but I think that's because I'm not working out. There are no excuses-I've just been lazy. But that's something I want to focus on in the next few months.

This was a short one, but I'm kind of exhausted.
